How fresh is the coffee I receive?

At Cowpresso, we roast our beans in small batches multiple times a week to ensure peak freshness. Every bag is stamped with a roast date, and we recommend resting the beans for 7-10 days after roasting for the best flavor profile.

Do you offer international shipping outside of Singapore?

Yes, we ship our coffee beans and brewing equipment worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Can I request my coffee beans to be ground?

Absolutely. You can select your preferred grind size (Espresso, Filter, V60, or Cold Brew) on the product page. However, for maximum freshness, we always recommend purchasing whole beans and grinding them just before brewing.

What is your return policy for coffee and equipment?

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee beans. For espresso machines and accessories, we offer a 7-day return policy for manufacturing defects, provided the items are in their original packaging and unused.

Do you provide installation and training for espresso machines?

Yes, for selected high-end espresso machines purchased through our store, we offer complimentary basic installation and a 1-on-1 barista training session at our Singapore showroom to get you started.
