Due to the perishable nature of our fresh coffee beans, returns are generally limited to defective equipment or incorrect shipments to ensure food safety and quality.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our team within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the item in question.
- 2.Eligibility Review
Our quality control team will assess the request to ensure it meets our health and safety requirements for food-grade products.
- 3.Product Return
If approved, securely package the item in its original condition and drop it off at our Singapore showroom or use a tracked courier service.
- 4.Refund or Exchange
Once received, we will process your replacement or issue a store credit/refund within 3-5 business days.
